Safeguarding
Safeguarding in our setting is paramount, and is a role every single person is part of. We follow and are trained by Dorset County Council in Safeguarding and have a strict policy to maintain a safe environment.
Health and Safety
A strong health and safety policy gives us the knowledge that everyone on site is safe and can therefore be all they can be. Alongside our health and safety policy we run very strong risk assesments which are always evolving to meet the needs of our participants
Medication Policy
Our aim is keep everyone as healthy as possible, sometimes medication is required to support this, but we have a strict poilcy to keep everyone safe.
Whistleblowing
Everyone must feel confident in our practice, whether you are employed, a volunteer or a client using our services
